Kogarah is a suburb of Southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Kogarah is located 14 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district and is considered to be the centre of the St George area.



The suburb has a good mix of restaurants and trendy little cafes throughout the main strip of Railway Parade and Belgrave Street.  While having Kogarah Town Centre nearby for your standard shopping needs, it too is within close proximity to Westfield Hurstville and Rockdale Plaza. St. George’s hospitals, both private and public, also are closeby for any medical emergencies or needs that may occur.
